This place is UNREAL. We've been coming since the first day they were open. We've yet to be disappointed. The thoughtfulness, creativity and love they put into the food is unrivaled. Every time we go, it's better than the last time. It's bittersweet that they have blown up in popularity over the last few years. But the secret is out, and it is always worth any wait times they have. Service is always prompt and friendly. I just wish a place like this had the option to also tip the kitchen staff, as they are the true magicians. We have moved to Portland this past year, but always cut out time for Baja when we come to visit. Thanks everyone, and please don't change a thing!

I absolutely love this place! Everything I have eaten has been very tasty! Service is always friendly. There’s usually a bit of a wait on the weekend, but totally worth it. Don’t forget to mention if it’s your first time there and they’ll give you a snickerdoodle pancake!

As usual, the service was prompt and amiable. The food was tasty and cooked to perfection. On weekdays there's usually little or no wait for a table. On weekends, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for seating. This is always a great place to eat and enjoy company.

Awesome restaurant with delicious food and great service. Menu is fabulous..lot to choose from and portions are huge. Pineapple pancake taste superb and texture is nice & fluffy. Decent size place but Weekend mornings are very crowded so be prepared to wait for long time.

Extremely rude waitress, out of waffles? the only reason this is not a one star is because Zeke the manager came and saved the day we still left. Probably not returning but the waitress with the ridiculous sparkly eyeshadow is a no-go
